"If you're concerned at the prospect of hiring someone who may have mutant superpowers, steer clear of Austin Entry, because their professionalism and expertise left us amazed.
I'd tried fixing our LiftMaster sliding gate operator for several days before I finally broke down and called someone. Other companies said they didn't do gates, but Kade not only repairs them, he was some kind of supreme grand master of gate controllers. He was out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem mostly that day (came back the following to double-check), and had us up and running in no time. He gave small windows as to when he'd arrive, and always made it within them. He didn't mind me watching over his shoulder and asking annoying questions about how the gate worked. And he was just an even-keeled, friendly, knowledgable person. We're definitely going to use Austin Entry again when we decide to upgrade, or do any repairs." ~Walter C.

"Austin Entry came out for same day service when I had a broken spring in my garage. I actually called another company first that quoted me a lower price. However, after a hard up-sell that was nowhere near the original quoted price by that company I decided to call Austin Entry out instead. I'm glad I did. The technician (Kade) was incredibly professional, no hassle, and was able to replace the spring on the spot for a fair price.
